In case of emergency repairs after hours, we have a designated emergency contact system in place. Our Property & Housing Manager is available as the after-hours contact to address urgent maintenance and operational emergencies, ensuring that any critical issues are promptly and effectively resolved to maintain the safety and integrity of the property.

Effective communication with the co-op board and members is facilitated through regular updates, attendance at board and members’ meetings, and transparent reporting.
