How do you handle emergency repairs outside of regular office hours?
In case of emergency repairs after hours, we have a designated emergency contact system in place. Our Property & Housing Manager is available as the after-hours contact to address urgent maintenance and operational emergencies, ensuring that any critical issues are promptly and effectively resolved to maintain the safety and integrity of the property.
